Side Mount Platform - The easy to attach, side mount video platform is designed to accept most Sony PC and similar digital camcorders. The video platform is contoured to the shape of the helmet which reduces the chance of line entrapment. The "variable pitch" mount allows for adjustment of the video camera angle, up or down, anywhere from 0 to 30 degrees, in either direction. The mount can also be rotated 180 degrees, allowing for inverted camera attachment. This camera mount platform fits the Velocity and Ion Kevlar headgear perfectly and work great on many other helmets too. The kit comes complete with tripod mounting screw, adjustable retention strap, attachment hardware and mounting instructions.
