Compact Camera Quick Release - Attaches to any helmet with a flat surface for secure mounting and quick release of your video or still cameras. The compact quick release is threaded for ¼ -20 and will work with all video and 35mm cameras. It snaps in quickly to positively lock the camera down to any flat surface and releases with the push of a side release button. The unit measures 3.5” x 2” x 1/2” (LxWxH) and weights only 5.5 ounces. Mounting on the flat surface of the camera helmet is easy by securing the bottom plate to the helmet using the supplied mounting bolt through the inside of the helmet. Fasten the camera to the top plate using the supplied 1/4" tripod socket screw. You simply snap the top plate to the bottom plate and it’s ready to go.
