What are the shipping rates?
Our web site automatically computes and displays United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket. For each order placed, we charge a flat handling charge of $5.00. All items will be charged at the per item rate.
APO & FPO - When your shipping address is an APO or FPO address, select "United States" for your country when creating your customer account's shipping information. Correct shipping rates will then be displayed.
Orders to APO and FPO addresses are best shipped via Priority Mail for quickest delivery. UPS does not deliver to APO or FPO addresses.
Foreign Delivery - Orders shipped outside of the United States are best shipped via Express Mail or Priority Mail. This Express Mail allows your order to pass through customs as quickly as possible and delivers to you in the shortest possible time. Package tracking is also included.

Items are usually shipped within 48-72 hours after your order is placed.Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.Tracking information provided when available, usually within 24 hours of shipment.
You must provide us with a valid bill to and ship to phone number when placing your order, as some carriers will require this for on time delivery
Most of our orders are shipped within 48-72 hours. Tracking information is e-mailed within 24 hours of shipment. Most domestic orders arrive within 5 - 7 business days. International order delivery times vary depending on how quickly the package passes customs entering the destination country. During peak times or for custom orders, please allow additional time for your order to ship to you.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship via United States Postal Service EXPRESS MAIL or PRIORITY MAIL for all overseas orders. Express Mail items pass through foreign customs more quickly that standard mail and arrive to you much faster. Shipping costs are also considerably less expensive that UPS or FedEx. If UPS or FedEx delivery is requested, shipping charges may be higher than the web site calcuates as the package will be charged at dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. Be aware that all orders are subject to extended delays in customs entering countries outside of the United States and these delays are out of our control.

We e-mail tracking numbers on all orders usually within 24 hours of shipment. Our estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days following shipment.

My order never arrived?

An item is missing from my order?
Most of our products are shipped from a central warehouse. However, there are times that orders contain products that are shipped from multiple warehouses.
If you believe that an item is missing from your shipment:
Please verify that the missing item is identified on the receipt located inside the shipping box. Please note, only items shipped are printed on the packing list and charged on your credit card. If an item in your order is not in stock, we will notify you via email on the backorder and we will NOT charge your credit card for that item.

How do I use a coupon?
If available, to redeem a coupon, paste or type the coupon code in the "Coupon Code" box located on the checkout page. You will to click the Recalculate button for the coupon to take effect. Some coupons have certain restrictions. Please look at the web page with the coupon for more information.

We charge 7.125% sales tax for orders shipped to Minnesota only. Sales tax is automatically computed at time of checkout on both product(s) and shipping costs.
